SHANTI MAN KI - I

चारों ओर बढती आवाजों  को देख,         See increasing sounds from everywhere,
 भीतर से  उठती पीं-पों को देख,             See distracting sounds from within,
 आवाजों के साये हैं  चारों तरफ ,            Sounds sorrounding human body from inside-out,
 खुद को   शांति डुबो   के  देख.               Dip self into silence.
कुछ पल, निश्चल, मौन हो के देख          Have feeling by keeping still and silent for few moment,
आत्म-समर्पित ईशु ध्यान करके दे,        Meditate surrendering fully in GOD,
जिस्म ही नहीं,आत्मा मे होगा चैन,         Not only body but soul will relex,
शांति वेदी का सच्चा सुख लेके देख.         Truely enjoy the silence platform.
नित नयी  शांति-उर्जा  नहा के देख,          Dip yourself everyday into energy of silence,
 बेजान जिस्मो-जां  उभार के  देख,           Energise inactive body-soul.
कुछ अरसे मे सब कुछ बदल जायगा,        Shortly, everything will change,
नहीं दीखता जो कुछ उसे देख पायगा.       Whatever invisible now, can be seen.

PRAYER TO LORD VI

 दो अपने बोध का आनंद प्रभु              Give me pleasure of knowing you my LORD
कर दो इच्छाओं से मुक्ति.                  Make me free from all wishes.
परिस्थिति नहीं, मुझे बदल दो,             Change me, not the situation,
परमानंद पाने करू तेरी भक्ति.             I pray you to find the bliss.


नमो नमस्तेस्तू सहस्त्रक्र्त्वः                 To Thee praise, praise without end!
पुनश्च भुयोपि नमो नमस्ते I                To Thee my saluations a thousandfold!
 नमः पुरस्तादथ पृष्ठतस्ते                   I bow to Thee infront and behind,
नमोस्तु ते सर्वत एव सर्व I                    I bow to Thee on the left and on the right,
                                                          I bow to thee above and beneath,
                                                          I bow to Thee enclosing me everywhere!


تو تھے پرسے ، پرسے وٹہوٹ اند
تو تھے می سلتتیونس تھوسندفولڈ
ا بوو تو تھے ان فرونٹ اند بھنڈ
ا بوو تو تھے وں تھے لفٹ اند وں تھے ریغت
ا بوو تو تھے ابووے اند بناتھ

PRAYER TO LORD V

Antarman ki Prathana

 

 

सदा जवां है मेरी बुद्धि,               My mind is young,
मै अनवरत हूँ,                           I am everlasting youth with no touch of time.
समय ना छू सके मुझे,               It cannot be otherwise,
ना ही सदाबहार जीवन को.         for I am spirit,
इससे विपरीत है असंभव,           I am mind,
क्योंकि,                                     I am consiousness.
मै हूँ आत्मा,                              Consiousness is ever young.
मै हूँ बुद्धि,
मै हूँ चेतन्यता,
चेतन्यता सदा जवां,                  

यदि मै चाहूँ,                               I can be old right now,
हो सकता हूँ अभी,                       if I wish it to be .
बूढा जज्रर.
यदि चाहूँ                                    I can be young in spirit and mind,
हो सकता जवां,                           with whatever my body goes through, if I wish it so.
आत्मा से,बुद्धि से,
रहे शरीर चाहे कैसी दशा मे.

प्रभु, चाहूँ मैं अंतरमन से,             LORD,  I wish to  remain young in spirit and mind
सदा जवां रहना,                          with
आत्मा से,बुद्धि से.                       whatever my body goes through.

प्रभु अपनी कला-कौशल से,          LORD, make me happy by thy art.
बनाओ मुझे आनंद्चित्त.            LORD,  make me realise
कुछ ऐसा करदो प्रभु,                   
की स्वयं को,                               that I am part of thine image.
एक भाग समझ सकूं,
आपके प्रतिबिम्ब का.                 

 

                                     

PRAYER TO LORD IV

स्वयं की अभिव्यक्ति                   Affirmation 

                                                                
अभिव्यक्ति मे शक्ति है,                     Affirmation is powerful.                
मूक हो या शाब्दिक,                            be it silent or verbal,
कहा गया,                                           it is said,
हक़ मे हो किसी के ,                            whether in favour,
या विपरीत,                                        or against,
रखती अपनी शक्ति,                           it keeps its power,
कभी ज्यादा, कभी कम,                       sometimes more, sometimes less,
कभी न के बराबर.                               sometimes negligible,
निर्भर करती,                                      depending on,
कहने वाले की,                                    the hidden emotions,
छुपी भावना से.                                   of the speaker.
कहते हैं,                                             It  is said
हरदय से की गयी,                              curse or blessing,
दुआ या बद्दुआ,                                  from the heart are true.
लग जाती हैं.
तो क्यों न हम,                                   Then why shouldn't we
स्वयं ही अभिव्यक्ति,                         express ourselves:
करें,                                                   
स्वयं के लिए नियमित.                      to that which binds and enlightens us,
जो हमें,                                             so that we may know
गठित करे,शक्ति से बांधे,बोध दे,        what we are,
की हम,                                             who we are,
क्या हैं,कौन हैं,क्यों हैं.                        why we are.
जो हम होना चाहें,                              Whatever we want to be,
उसे क्यों न,                                       and desire to be
नियमित भावना मैं डूब,                     emersed fully  in  emotions:
मांगते ही जाएँ,                                  thus keep asking,
ईशु से,                                               from LORD Ishu,
जो,                                                   who is,
सर्वशक्तिमान है.                               Almighty.

PRAYER TO LORD III

इल्तिजा ईशु से है.                   Prayer is to my beloved LORD.
कहे गए कडवे बोल,                 Spoken bitter words,
सिखा दें प्रयोग करना,             may teach me to use,
प्रेम के मीठे बोल ,                   sweet words of love and affection.
...प्रेममय दया जहाँ ,               Where there is love filled sympathy,
कडवा भी मीठा है .                  bitter is also sweet.

PRAYING TO LORD II

हे मेरे प्यारे ईशु,                                         O my beloved Lord,
आशीष दो ,                                                Bless
मुझे कि,                                                     that I may                                                
यत्न करता रहूँ ,                                         continue to strive,
हर वो नेक काम कर गुजरना,                      to do all those good deeds,                  
...जो दूसरों से छूटा,या,                                that others may have been deprived of or         
कारणवश कर न पाए.                                 if circumstially one couldn't do it.

बुरा सहने की शक्ति दो,                              Grant me foreberance for wrongs,
प्रतिशोध की चाहत न दो,                            take away the desire of revenge,
प्रज्ञा से,सहनशीलता से,छमाशीलता से,        and through guidance, forebearance and forgiveness,
अज्ञानी को, दुराचारी को,                             the ignorant and the evil doer
बदलने की छमता दो,                                  be converted through such strength given to me.
उपेछितों का सहारा बनूँ,                              May I be the support of the neglected.
प्रेम और शांति का ,                                      Love and peace
ऐसा उपहार दो.                                            Grant me such gifts.
